Holistic Coaching is a sacred weaving of mind, body, and spirit. An invitation to come home to yourself and remember who you truly are beneath the noise, conditioning, and expectations of the world.

My approach blends ancient wisdom and modern understanding, bridging the teachings of the East and the practical realities of the West. Drawing from modalities including Breathwork, Meditation, Reiki, Yoga, Fascia Release, Somatic Practices, Movement, Intuitive Guidance, and Nutrition. I support clients in cultivating deeper self-awareness, nervous system regulation, vitality, and embodied transformation.

Bridging holistic wisdom with evidence-based practices, I view nutrition as a powerful tool for supporting the body’s ability to heal, regulate, and thrive.

Rather than focusing solely on mindset or symptoms management, I work with the whole person. Together, we explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, physical body, energy, and lived experiences. This approach will help you to release stored stress and limiting patterns, strengthen your intuition, and develop a better sense of trust within yourself. So you can live a life free from old conditioning, overwhelm, or survival patterns. This work supports the creation of new neural pathways and creates healthier patterns that makes you more present in your body to live a life of intention, authenticity, alignment, self-awareness, and compassion.

This is a collaborative and empowering process designed to help you gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, and align your life with your values and vision. Through practical guidance, self-inquiry, and intentional action, I support you in creating meaningful and sustainable change. Together, we identify what may be holding you back, uncover your strengths, and develop tools to help you move forward with confidence, grace, and purpose. My approach combines mindset work, accountability, and intuitive insight to navigate life’s transitions, cultivate self-trust. Creating a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who your becoming.

WELLNESS NUTRITION COACHING

I believe that true healing begins from within. By using food as medicine, supporting gut health, and addressing chronic inflammation, I help clients create a strong foundation for both physical and mental well-being. The gut (our 2nd brain) and brain are closely connected, improving digestion and reducing inflammation can positively impact energy levels, mood, mental clarity, sleep, and overall health. It doesn’t have to be fancy or complicated, it’s about getting back to the basics. Cleaning things up, and finding what works for you now in this now body. My approach focuses on sustainable nutrition and choices that empower individuals to feel balanced, vibrant, reconnect with their bodies, restore their health, and create long-term habits that support optimal well-being.

BREATH WORK

Breath work is more than just mindful breathing, it's a powerful journey of conscious connection, emotional release, and self-discovery. My approach is intuitive and trauma-informed, creating a safe, supportive space where you can access the innate wisdom of your body and mind through intentional breath. The body is like a cellular library, holding onto every experience, and breath work serves as a gentle yet potent tool to unlock and process what’s stored within.

Think of it as a workout for your nervous system, transforming emotions into energy in motion. When these emotions are acknowledged and felt, you gain awareness and agency over them. W repressed, they unconsciously influence your life. I’ll guide you in finding the breath technique that resonates with you, supporting your journey of healing, opening your heart, and reclaiming the transformative power of your breath. Re-wiring your nervous system and shifting from survival mode into a grounded, regulated state of being.

Fascia is the connective tissue (webbing) that weaves through every muscle, organ, and structure the body, playing a key role in how we move, feel, and function.When fascia becomes tight or restricted due to stress, injury or inflammation, in can contribute to pain, stiffness, poor circulation, and limited mobility. Fascia is deeply connected to how we experience embodiment. Releasing fascia may support our nervous system to shift out of protective patterns. Essentially “letting go” of what we’ve been carrying and allowing us to flow, feel safer, more open, clarity, and a deeper connection to self.

PLANT MEDICINE

In a safe, intentional, and facilitated setting, I support individuals in exploring deeper layers of self through nature-based and plant-informed practices. When approached with proper guidance, preparation, and integration, these practices can help create space for reflection, emotional release, and greater self-awareness. they may support individuals in processing stored stress, exploring unconscious patterns, and gently bringing awareness to aspects of the self that are often hidden beneath the surface of daily life.

This work is not about quick fixes, but about creating a grounded environment where individuals can reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way that encourages self awareness and change. With appropriate support and integration, these experiences may cultivate greater clarity, emotional resilience, compassion for self, and a deeper sense of connection to life.
