Certified Integrative Nutrition Practitioner, Coach, Facilitator, Alchemist, Stylist, and devoted student of the wisdom, lessons, and growth that Earth School offers. I help in guiding people to reconnect with their innate wisdom, vitality, and purpose. I believe that everything you need to heal, grow, and thrive already exists within you. With the right guidance, compassionate support, and nervous system regulation, we can begin to rewire old patterns, shift out of survival mode and return to a place of presence, intention, and alignment.

Holistic Health and Life Coaching is a whole approach to overall wellness. Addressing all aspects of your life and how it affects your well-being, not just the food you eat, but your lifestyle, exercise, relationships, work-life balance, self care, and so much more. Dive deep into limiting beliefs, fears, habits, and old stories that are no longer serving you and step into your wholeness, gain life long tools and thrive. You can eat all the kale in the world, but if your primary needs are not met, your physical and mental health will suffer. Understanding the healing benefits of whole foods and their healing abilities is something we will explore together.
